Before sending us a booking request make sure you have checked the availability calendar for Casa Tranquila at www.pvrpv.com/propertyDetails.php?id=1129  This management company provides us with two distinct services.  They are the property managers for the condo.  As such, they charge us a monthly fee to watch over things, arrange maid service and most importantly to greet each set of guests at the condo with keys.  They will get you checked in, answer questions and leave their phone number in the event you have questions or a problem.  They will also check you out and verify no damage to the unit.  This is whether you rent from them or direct from us.  The other service they provide is their website which comes up first in a Google search.  If they make the reservation they charge us a percentage.  You should receive the same considerate service either way and we certainly would want guest feedback. It costs a little more, but we're now hooked on flying down on Alma Airlines.  You can leave from Guadalajara Airport Terminal 2 where there are usually few people at 7:05 AM and land at 7:45.  You can be at the condo by 9:00 even after having the cab driver stop at the Super Soriana to pick up your supplies for the stay.  Breakfast on the patio at 9:30!  Very civilized.  Of course this only works if the unit is not occupied the night before but if you ask us when you book, we'll block that night for an early arrival if not already reserved. Minimum stay is two nights. No indoor smoking and no pets. Normal check-in is 3:00 and noon checkout To qualify for the last minute traveler rate quoted your check-out date cannot be more than 30 days in advance. Remember, if you book thru the pvrpv site you will pay more and there are no refunds!  Use their site for availability and a good description of what attractions are in the area.
